JOB DESCRIPTION DEVELOPMENT: ​We collaborated with the our Clients team to create a comprehensive job description that outlines the role’s responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations.

CANDIDATE SOURCING:​Utilisation of various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms, to source potential candidates.

Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial resume screening and shortlisting of candidates based on the defined criteria.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with the XYZ Company hiring team, including initial phone screens, technical interviews, and in-person meetings.

CANDIDATE EVALUATION: ​Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values and mission.

Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and assess their suitability for the role.
