Job Description

The Marketing Executive (Video) has responsibility for ensuring that the company produces regular high-quality videos, both animated and live action, in order to promote our clients brand, attract potential customers, and inform existing ones. They will also provide general support across the company when required.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production: Working with the existing marketing executive video to maintain a high level of video output, both in terms of quantity and quality. This will include both filming and post production.

Video Promotion and Engagement: Working with the existing video marketing executive, as well as the wider team, in order to ensure that clients brand reaches maximum engagement – e.g. on social media or the corporate YouTube channel. This will be measured in terms of engagement and any triggered actions, such as website conversions.


  • Where required, setting up and filming a range of video formats including, but not limited to, customer interviews, corporate events, and product demonstrations.
  • Interviewing internal colleagues and external people of interest in an engaging and informative manner.
  • Willingness to travel as and when required to customer premises, events, and more.
    Setting up lighting and camera equipment in a safe manner.
  • Capturing audio.
  • Producing high-quality static photography.
Experience Required
  • 2:1 or above Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in film or media production, or substantial alternative experience
  • Great understanding of working with DSLR cameras – both for filming and static photography
  • Strong working knowledge of the video production process
  • Working with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, in order to produce great content.
