Our Clients is a world-leading cloud customer service provider. Due to their continued expansion they are looking for a passionate Support Engineer to join their team in Den Haag, Netherlands.
As an engineer who is looking for a new challenge and has a passion for problem solving, you will deliver exceptional technical solutions to our customers from first call to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all customer incidents, service requests and queries from start to resolution.
- Prioritising, categorising and resolving faults promptly.
- Where appropriate, escalate faults to other technical teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintaining a commitment to keeping customers informed to build and maintain relationships of trust with customers.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times to exceed customer expectations.
- The Support Engineering role encompasses many other aspects alongside technical problem solving, including; end customer consultancy and success, delivering software upgrades from product release packages, quality management and internal tooling development.
Experience Required
- Bachelors degree/equivalent in STEM, Computer Science related subject or applied services.
- Fluent Dutch and German speaker.
- Good experience of delivering customer service.
- Great communication skills.
- Proven problem solving skills.
- Highly technologically adept.
- Personal commitment to delivering high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
