Global SaaS | CCaaS | UCaaS | Cloud Communications
The Mandate
A global cloud communications provider is appointing a Sales Director to drive enterprise ARR growth across complex SaaS, CCaaS and Unified Communications solutions.
This is a strategic commercial leadership role focused on scaling enterprise revenue, strengthening executive relationships and improving forecast precision across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise revenue targets
- Lead multi-million-pound ARR SaaS / CCaaS / UCaaS deal cycles
- Sell complex cloud platforms including:
- Omnichannel Contact Centre
- AI-driven customer experience solutions
- Voice, video and collaboration platforms
- API integrations and CRM ecosystem alignment (Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.)
- Navigate enterprise IT, Security, Procurement and Compliance stakeholders
- Build structured pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
- Lead and develop senior enterprise sales teams
- Align regional execution with global GTM strategy
Experience Required
- Proven Sales Director leadership within SaaS / CCaaS / UCaaS
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud architecture
- APIs and integrations
- Security and compliance frameworks
- Subscription and consumption-based revenue models (ARR / MRR)
- Track record closing complex, multi-year enterprise agreements
- Experience selling into FTSE 250 / Fortune 1000 environments
- Comfortable operating at CIO, CTO and C-suite level
