Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within a commercially complex, technology-led environment.
This is a high-accountability role requiring structured decision-making, data-led prioritisation, and full lifecycle ownership from product vision through to measurable commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate product vision, roadmap and release strategy aligned to corporate objectives
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle within an Agile framework, acting as Product Owner across sprint cycles
- Translate market, customer and regulatory requirements into detailed product specifications and technical briefs
- Prioritise backlog based on customer value, commercial return, risk profile and strategic impact
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations and Delivery teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, adoption metrics and revenue impact indicators
- Lead internal enablement initiatives and drive product adoption across the organisation
Experience Required
- Degree educated (BA/BSc or equivalent calibre), ideally STEM
- Significant Product Management experience within SaaS, UCaaS, Telecoms, Cloud or Contact Centre technologies
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and tools such as JIRA
- Experience managing technical product roadmaps within multi-stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer-centric design with commercial discipline
