With a sharp, experienced group behind the product, they're building something remarkable—and they’re looking for a talented Growth & Business Operations Lead to join them on this journey.
Your Impact:
- Strategic Growth: Work closely with leadership to identify, prioritise, and deliver on high-impact growth initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and workflows that support growth and efficiency.
- Cross-functional Agility: Tackle complex challenges across departments, from sales and marketing to product and operations.
- Data-Led Execution: Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Special Projects: Own and execute key strategic initiatives alongside the CEO and executive team.
