Job Description

Our clients are always looking for the best of the best when it comes to colleagues within our clients business. Due to their continued expansion they are looking for graduates with a real passion for tech to join our clients Support team at our office in Gilching, Germany.

As a Graduate Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling customer incidents and delivering exceptional technical solutions to our customers from first contact to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of all customer incidents, service requests and queries from start to resolution.
  • Prioritising, categorising and resolving faults promptly.
  • Where appropriate, escalate faults to other technical teams and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintaining a commitment to keeping customers informed to build and maintain relationships of trust with customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times to exceed customer expectations.
  • The Support Engineering role encompasses many other aspects alongside technical problem solving, including; end customer consultancy and success, delivering software upgrades from product release packages, quality management and internal tooling development.
Person Profile
  • Bachelors degree/equivalent in STEM, Computer Science related subject or applied services.
  • Fluent German speaker.
  • Good experience of delivering customer service.
  • Passion for technology.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Personal commitment to delivering high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in Germany.
