We urge all our clients to carry out risk assessments in their offices space and of their staff, (employees).
Employees who shown signs of Covid must be sent home to carry out self isolation for 14 days. If systems are persistent then to seek medical attention.
Our offices are cleaned and disaffected we advise all our employees to be mindful of others in the office or outside the office. We encourage our staff to wear mask coverings when visiting our clients and candidates and at all times keeping social distancing measure that are in place.
Interviewing our candidates – We at this time encourage our clients to conduct telephone interviews or video interviews in the first instance. There after we encourage both our clients and candidates to follow Government guide lines when conducting any face to face interviews. We do not advise shaking hands during the pandemic, we know and understand it sounds rude, but for the safety of all we urge you to stay alert and help contain the virus.
